Historique du nom: L’Aubardiere (1765, Carte de Cassini), Lauberdière (1823, Cadastre E1), L’Auberdière (1858, acte Robin/Tours), Lauberdière (1966, Cadastre BX+HL), L'Auberdière (2014, Carte IGN).
En 1861, ce domaine appartenait au vicomte des Réaux. A cette date, on y voyait une chapelle. En 1952, Jean Victor Demon en était propriétaire.
